Lighten up, guy. Why all the constant posts on tps on why Soviet
troops are not leaving the Baltic Republics and why it means they
are not reallly indpependent, etc etc etc.

From the stories I've been hearing, it looks like most money being
made in the CIS is now via smuggling and other illegal activities.

And since, there's still no new constitution, every attempt at
private enterprise can probably still be considered illegal.

Let's leave aside the pointless rhetoric.

Huhh... Now Dudayev is a new Hitler. If I remember my readings
Dudayev's threats were in reality counter-threats--of what they
would/could do in case of all out attack by the military on
Chechnia. HOw does this make him a Hitler ? Did he write books
where he advocates wiping out Jews, Gypsies, Russians, etc etc.

Do you propose a solution to these stupid peoples problems ?

So far you've proposed a 'sanitary cordon'. What exactly is your
idea ? Maybe you want all 'dem dangerous Chechens removed from
Russian cities where they can't infect the pure Russians with crime?
Maybe you want to put all of them behind the 'cordon' to
grow vegetables for Moscow ?  What is it exactly ?

As you write below, they`re intellectually incapable thus incapable
of being educated and reaching the dizzying intellectual heights
that have been reached by people such as yourself, as you are
now demonstrating on tps :-)..

Huh.. Chechens work out to about 0.4% of the population. If some
divisions got 1000%(10 times)  more than what chance would allow, that would
be about 4% in the division. That means, 99 divisions would get
zero Chechens and one would get 4 Chechens for 96 others.
Normally there should be 4 Chechens for 996 others. How does this
work exactly ?

Besides all this, you seem to imply an intimate understanding of
them. How could you know what their intellectual level is without
either engaging in serious discussions with them or hearing other
peoples' opinions of them (and believing everything, of course) ?

BTW, who's dealt with successfully, the Chechen mafias or the
Chechen people ? And what methods are used to deal with them
successfully ?
