  23. that there is a significant percentage of gay lawbreakers in the military? Are
  24. these the "responsible, mature" folks we should have in the service? If
  25. gays are allowed in the military, would you favor discharging all of
  26. those already in on the grounds that they are lawbreakers? It is bad
  27. for military discipline for people to get rewarded for violating the
  28. rules (which is what allowing currently gay people to stay in would
  29. do).
