  25. Professor Turner, I assume of Miranda fame, you seem to use the word Zionist
  26. above in a manner which is quite  different to Jewish. To me Israel is a Jewish
  27. State first. It has a place in my understanding and education  in Judaism.
  28. Tell us please about your understanding  of Judaism. What is Zion to a British
  29. Computer Science Professor who does not support Israel? How does the concept
  30. of a land for Jews fit in with your understanding of Judaism? 
  31. What should it look like? Should it exist at all?
  32. Do you believe that Jews should stay as a separate nation? Should they
  33. marry non-Jewesses? What are your solutions to the problems of assimilation?
  34. I ask all this because I was proud that you  were proud to call yourself
  35. a Jew. I disagree vehemently with your miscarriage of history, but I'd like
  36. to see if we have some common understanding of Judaism at least.
