  28. lost muslims back to islam is Jihad.  Your defense against agression
  29. is Jihad.  Your war against an occupier is JIhad.  In fact the
  30. first Jihad ever was when Mohammad PBUH along with 113 was attacked 
  31. by the Quraish Army.

  34. Offense against the forces of a dictator ruling a land of muslims.

  36. The name "Holy War" translates to Arabic to "Alharb Al muqaddasa",
  37. where no such a thing exist or can exist in islam.
