- Bullshit! If you think the police-chief is going to be fair and issue permits
- in an "unbiased" way, guess again. The police chief can be discriminatory if
- he wants, and has the BATFs blessing in doing so. These bastards don't give
- a damn about the Constitution they are sworn to defend.
- I wonder, is the Constitution even worth the paper it's written on?
- Would our founding fathers be sniping evil politicians for their assault
- on our Civil Rights? Many advocated violence at all costs to preserve the
- Constitution. I guess the "tranquilized masses" are too comfortable with
- HBO and Air-Conditioning to get off their asses and do something about it.
- You know who you are.

-
- Because the rich and powerful can afford to buy protection, unlike most of
- us. Because the rich and powerful want to protect their assets. And as long
- as the lowly citizens have arms, they might have a way to protest the
- socio-economic and Civil Rights butt-fucking they are recieving.

- >The police would like to know who has guns.

- Yea, so that when the confiscation plans are enacted, they know where to go.

- Our case which involved the Cheifs refusal to sign our Class III forms
- (while signing left and right for "buddies" (yes, I have proof)) ended
- after over a year of legal manuevering. We did everything by the book.
- There was NO reason any of us were ineligible. The US Constitution, and
- our State Constitution clearly say we have the right to procure these
- firearms. And in the end, our lawyer wanted $1200 up front to handle our
- case. And then it could get expensive. The NRA turned up their noses at our
- request for help. In the end, the BATF sent us a letter telling us that the
- Cheif could do as he pleased, the hell with the Constitution.

-
- Big deal. 90% of the people will be intimidated by the bureaucracy enough
- to give up the fight after the first refusal. And thats of the small
- percentage of the people who had enough balls and know-how to apply in
- the first place. The system wins by attrition, most of the time. After all
- they have unlimited resources to use against us citizens. Once again, only
- the rich and powerful have the ability to get justice.
-

-
- Thats great. But the fact is, whenever they decide to change that policy,
- they can and will do so. And theres not a damn thing you can do about it
- unless you have LOTS of money to throw at it.
- I have what my lawyer called an "clear case", but I can't afford to
- pursue it. For over a year I contacted pro-RKBA people for help. And all
- I got was a bunch of lip-service (some useful, most not).
- Anyone with lots of money want to finance a sure-win case against Class III
- signiture discrinination in Lexington Ky.?

- High rate? One is too fucking many!
