- Unsupported assertion. Why? A woman retains the right NOT to legally
- dissolve all ties, but to REMOVE the fetus from her body. If she were to
- remove the fetus from her body and it survived, she would STILL have legal
- responsibilities toward the fetus. Same with the man.
