- My advise is to get a Shortwave Set and listen to as much out of US
- news as in-US news [will be the best $150-300 you will spend!].
-
- The TV news, newspapers and even radio [though AM news/talk is not so
- bad] is SO far off in anticipating what its viewers consider important,
- [and so universally across the WHOLE industry] news that it frustrates
- the majority of viewers.
-
- George Bush was right on the money when he said that his real enemyt in
- the last election was the Media, not the condidates. The newsmedia
- did do a lot of free and constant campaigning for Clinton [because he
- supported all the politically correct issues so that the bias in the
- media was DEFINATELY in his favor].
-
- BTW I voted for Clinton.
- Also, to those misguided souls who do not see it,try picking up a right
- wing publication sometime, read about what they have to say, then watch
- the news [_American Spectator_, Rush Limbaugh's Book, or others] -- you
- will notice a HUGE difference, and things you weren't even aware of!
