- make everyone in Estonia be against any reunion with Russia,
- which is achieved by making Estonia a state of prosperity,
- wealth and freedom. And you can only reach this if you work
- hard - Estonians and Russians together. But if you disenfranchise
- the Russians, why should they be interested in any sacrifies
- for building the Estonian state?
