  24.   The # 3 seems to be true, as, The Almighty MSA-net contains of terminators
  25.   who act like sharks. At least MI's earlier posting, which I have saved, does
  26.   say so. (In fact I have all of his earlier postings, and, feel that the
  27.   postings - on abusive language, death-threats etc. violate the USENET RULE
  28.   and can be dealt with.) Particularly, when *he* uses the name of MSA-net to
  29.   pride in sending death-threats from Saudi Arabia, is quite serious. I think
  30.   it amounts to *misuse* of Federal property and hence is punishable as may
  31.   be according to Federal laws. This is my opinion.
