  26. Well...  While you are talking about the state of education in
  27. Pakistan.  Let me give you another example: it is possible, at an
  28. expense of around 20,000 rupees to buy totally complete (academic
  29. record, legitimate transcripts, etc.) degrees from Pakistani
  30. universities... sad, but very true...
