  50. Logic can not explain and solve the practical problems. Sometimes 
  51. it is necessary to deal with special and sensitive cases between two 
  52. countries.

  54. Refer to John F kennedy. He even made a business with USSR behind the
  55. surface politics.

  57. Of cause, it is desirable that all the logical dicision matches the
  58. practical measures and current complicate international problem, but
  59. it seems almost impossible to handle such a problem without underwater
  60. deal. I believe that this world deserves this kind of mismatching.
