- I agree to Mr. ByungTae Lee's opinion. All the system is
- not perfect. and individual and government must be regarded
- differently. This is the inevitable to the earthly government system

- Logic can not explain and solve the practical problems. Sometimes
- it is necessary to deal with special and sensitive cases between two
- countries.

- Of cause, it is desirable that all the logical dicision matches the
- practical measures and current complicate international problem, but
- it seems almost impossible to handle such a problem without underwater
- deal. I believe that this world deserves this kind of mismatching.
