- yes, I think you are right. President shouldn't have to be in a jail.
- According to the constitution, president should have to execute the law,
- so Prez. Roh might have violated the constitution, but since he has some
- previlege and he can be kicked out only by congress (TanHaek Sochu) and
- obviously congress didn't want to kick him out, yes, I think he
- shouldn't have to be in a jail.
