  21. President Roosevelt dealt successfully with American great panic. I'm not
  22. saying that it is because only his distinguished services.  But, you can't
  23. deny that he well guided the right way and the normal politician simply 
  24. couldn't do that.

  27. cause of economic crisis of current America.  I'm not gonna saying that
  28. American economic crisis is originated because of only him.  But, it is 
  29. true that he advanced the crisis at least ten years earlier.

  31. I understand what you were trying to say.  You don't like the dictatorship
  32. like ex-President Park's and Chun's.  However, even in America, thoroughly
  33. democratic society, the president is also "an enormously important position".
  34. The rise and fall of a nation depends on a leader of the nation, not entirely
  35. but in large portion.  You may think that the attitude of nation's people
  36. is the most important factor of the nation's development, but the leader can
  37. lead the people.  For example, LET'S ASSUME that one of the most important
  38. problem of America is "extravagance" and "Inefficiency".  If there is a 
  39. president of ability, definitely he can improve this problem even how serious
  40. it is.  (The racial problem is an exception.)
