- considerable evidence against him. The minority jury threw out
- testimony and evidence from several divisions of the NYPD, testimony
- from the EMS crews at the scene and the ID by the victim himself.
- Yup, they were racist/biased/stupid, perhaps even all three. And this
- kind of ridiculous acquittal won't have been the first one.
