  24.    considerable evidence against him.  The minority jury threw out
  25.    testimony and evidence from several divisions of the NYPD, testimony
  26.    from the EMS crews at the scene and the ID by the victim himself.
  27.    Yup, they were racist/biased/stupid, perhaps even all three.  And this
  28.    kind of ridiculous acquittal won't have been the first one.

  30. At most, all they had to do was find reasonable doubts about that
  31. testimony, not that it was wrong.
