- If the old house is sold to a non Jew, so removing the mezuza is a
- MUST. ( you can of course use them in your new house).
- In case you sell your house to a Jew then if in your area it is
- understood that the mezuza(s) are part of the properties sold, then
- you can not remove them unless you get the buyer permission.
