- People who know that I'm not the Christmas type often say, "Best
- compliments of the season", and I find that when I say that to people,
- it sounds awkward enough to make it clear that I'm making a point of
- not saying "Merry Christmas". Also, said with the proper ironic tone,
- "best compliments of the season" can be directed at Jews for hours of mirth.
