MONTHLY FEEDBACK

1. From Somerset, NJ and Silver Spring, MD, clients have
complained that their personal ads, even though filled out
on the registration form, had not appeared on the monthly
newsletter. While AMS selectively prints personal ads each
month, we have decided to change the format of this
newsletter (as shown here), to provide space for more ads.

2.  In response to many queries, A.M.S. decided to
introduce its Photo & Information Service as of January
1993.  All existing and new clients will receive an
additional "Photo & Information Service" form.  When
final contact information is sent for a match, the
photographs and additional information from that form
are also exchanged, as long as both sides provided it.
The annual fee of $48 remains the same!  The AMS
information packet now includes this new form in addition
to the basic registration form, and a sample photograph is
included in the instructions.

3. From Arlington, VA, a client writes: "I'd like to make a
comment to you. First of all, I think your service is great.
...You're doing an excellent job for the Asian community."

4.  When a welcome letter is sent to a new client, AMS now
includes a copy of their profile and search criteria as
generated by our database. This allows the new member to
verify the data. Existing clients are also being sent such
printouts for their perusal.

right to screen the information received.
