  10.     Until not long ago the clan Dunlop/Dunlap had no tartan.  Now they do. 
  11. I'm not sure how this works and I'm happy to have a tartan to say is my own but
  12. I'm not clear about who decides  about the patterns and how do you know if you
  13. even have a right to a tartan or not (short of being Scotish)
  14.     I have not been able to find the tartan in any of the books...Maybe
  15. it's just too new.
