  26. These are not always reflective of individual cases.  Names can be changed
  27. legally, without necessarily reflecting a change in alleigance.  If I
  28. were to look up my name on one of these charts, I might just end up
  29. wearing a Campbell or a MacGregor tartan (something that might cause many 
  30. of my ancestors to roll in their graves).  My last name was changed by
  31. my Grandfather for a variety of reasons.  I am however, clan Graham.  I
  32. think asking your grand-relatives (uncles, aunts, fathers, mothers) who
  33. your ancestors are is the best bet.  If you're still stuck, black watch
  34. is always a safe bet.
