  19. I agree. A non-native English speaker who encounters Zzzz for the first
  20. time might have trouble figuring out what it means. In her native language
  21. it might bee Sssss or Shhhhh or something else.

  23. In Japanese, the sound that an approaching train makes is Cho Cho..
  24. and in Malay it is Tut Tut..... Now if you are learning Malay, you
  25. would hope/expect the dictionary to help you with this word(?).

  28. Macquarie myself and some people might question my objectivity.
