  14. A mathematician friend of mine (from Spain) is looking from some references
  15. (books if possible) and example of something called the Delphi Method. He says
  16. it was developed by a folk called Olaf Helmer in 1965, from Rank Corp.

  18. He is specifially looking for some book or paper that explains this method and
  19. that has examples. Looks like what he has is kind of imcomplete.

  21. If you have some info on this subject I would appreciate if you can mail it to
  22. my address, since I don't read these newsgroups frequently.
