- Hi there!
-
- A mathematician friend of mine (from Spain) is looking from some references
- (books if possible) and example of something called the Delphi Method. He says
- it was developed by a folk called Olaf Helmer in 1965, from Rank Corp.
-
- He is specifially looking for some book or paper that explains this method and
- that has examples. Looks like what he has is kind of imcomplete.
-
- If you have some info on this subject I would appreciate if you can mail it to
- my address, since I don't read these newsgroups frequently.
-
- Thanks a lot in advance, and happy new year!
