- Not meaning to be sarcastic, but have you considered --buying-- a
- backboard and hoop? I'm not sure what PT plywood runs, but from
- what I've seen you can buy a nice fiberglass backboard with hoop and
- net for under $50. Throw in a steel pole and mounting hardware and
- the price goes up to $89 or $99...that's what I paid for the one that's
- now permanently located off the side of our driveway (saves wear and
- tear on the garage doors :-)).
