- I made a backboard out of 3/4" MDO (signboard) ... It is a waterproof
- wood that once painted lasts indefinitly. It's finish is much smoother
- than pressuretreated, but unnecessaraly so. Pressuretreated should work
- but all you realy need is painted exterior grade lumber.
