  13. I have a Sears 12" bandsaw ( a hand-me-down from my Dad ) that I'm
  14. preparing to tune up for general shop use. I hope I can get it
  15. working well enough to resaw some 4" oak that I have...

  17. Has anybody had good luck using this saw for heavy resawing?
  18. What about the controversial 1/4" bimetal blade?

  20. Advice on bandsaws seems contradictory; everybody has their
  21. special blade theory.

  23. Also, I'd like to hear from anyone who has built the Gilliom
  24. 18" bandsaw kit, and from users of the Grizzly 18" bandsaw.
