  20. Hmm...that definitely does seem strange.  Either scrambling or compression
  21. would make costs (to truckstops) very high and I can't conceive how individual
  22. viewers could eat into revenues.

  24. It is possible though that the magazine means that ATTN has 2 more months of
  25. funds for the channel at the very minimum.
