  21.  Many systems have IRC available just by typing "IRC" at the main system
  22.  prompt. If this doesn't work on your system, you are going to have to find
  23.  a way to use TELNET to get onto IRC.  I haven't figured out how to TELNET a
  24.  site to get IRC. If someone knows, please post a message about it.

  26.  If you can get onto IRC, after the short opening screen, type "/JOIN
  27.  #SATTV".  You should be given a brief message that you have joined the
  28.  #SATTV channel.  If so, you are ready to enjoy the chat session.

  30.  When you are done, just type "/QUIT" and you will get out of IRC.
