  38. BEST TVRO DEVELOPEMENT OF 1992:  Replacement of F3(F1r) with
  39. Satcom C3   good pictures at last!!

  42. shopping and religious channels less quality. ;-(  Did TCI do us a favor?

  48. This nomination falls under "worst".  Worst what? I would say one of the
  49. worst violations to the cable bill of 92.

  51. EVENTS:

  53.             International Soccer Games to qualify for USA94 World Cup.
  54.  
  55.             About 4 games were transmitted by the M2/M1 Satellites and
  56.             were scrambled using something other than VC2/+.  But that
  57.             is not all.  The real vioaltion is that nation-wide the ads
  58.             on Spanish TV read "NO MORELOS (satelite), NO PARABOLIC 
  59.             ANTENNAS.  Obviously, XEW-TV (TELEVISA-Mexico) has become as 
  60.             greedy as their american cable counterparts, and has total
  61.             disreguard for american law.  By the way, this channel 
  62.             usually runs ITC.

  64. The games were not available to the dish owners, period. The promoters
  65. were happy to put this in their ads.  Did the government do anything
  66. to correct this, you ask?  Silch! Nada! Zero!
