  11. Last night it seems the dish positioning motor seemed to give out.
  12. When I try moving to a different satellite, the Drake (1524) clicks
  13. normally but then gives the error 'No Pulse'. I checked the dish and,
  14. yep, it isn't moving. I also couldn't hear the motor kick in.  The
  15. cable hasn't been cut (or at least it hasn't been completely cut) as I
  16. can still get all the channels that the dish is currently pointed at.

  18. A few more data points... the motor in question was replaced less than
  19. a month ago when I bought the IRD. The dish itself is a 10ft (I think)
  20. black mesh dish mounted on a pole beside the house, I don't have much
  21. information on the dish itself since the previous owners of the house
  22. bought it.

  24. I'm guessing that there isn't much I can do (aside from checking the
  25. cables and connections again) and calling for service. However, if
  26. anyone has any suggestions or comments, please send 'em to me. I'll
  27. summarize if there is interest.
