  17. Oops.  I meant to ask about Fixed-key broadcasts, not ITC broadcasts.
  18. ie, can fixed-key broadcasts be received on an old VCII, or on a VCII+
  19. that has not been registered/initialized/whatever?  I am particularly
  20. interested in the digital stereo sound.
