- Oops. I meant to ask about Fixed-key broadcasts, not ITC broadcasts.
- ie, can fixed-key broadcasts be received on an old VCII, or on a VCII+
- that has not been registered/initialized/whatever? I am particularly
- interested in the digital stereo sound.
