  13. I was flipping channels when i ran across WWOR on C4-15 in fixed key
  14. mode. They were advertising PTEN (Prime Time Entertainment Network)
  15. starting in january and among other things they were advertising and
  16. running a clip of babylon 5. Anyone have any more information.

  18. And yes it was C4-15 not G1-15 which was NOT in fixed key...
