  11. I was speaking to a friend of mine yesterday and we got on the subject 
  12. of video. He says that his cable company has finally gotten its act
  13. together and he's now getting very good picture quality on almost all
  14. of his channels. He said that his letters and complaining must have 
  15. finally had an effect and that the cable bill must have gotten them to
  16. doing something positive. I asked if this has just happened over the 
  17. last few weeks and he replied yes. I then had to tell him that the cable
  18. company has done nothing but adjust their dishes to a new set of more
  19. powerful satellites. I could tell he was disappointed that he didn't have
  20. the impact on them that he thought.
