- A few quick answers:

- By having all the satellites in the Clarke belt your dish can find them
- with only one motorized axis. There are other communication satellites
- but it would likely require at least two motors to track them.

- You have to clean the snow off the dish. The weight will load the dish
- enough to cause it to mistrack.

- You should try not to dent the dish tho a few small dents do not render
- a dish unusable.

- A dish is very much like lawn furniture or anything else that stays outside
- all the time. There are alarms you can install but alot depends on your
- neighborhood. Mounting the dish high obviously helps.
