  20. I hate this.  Is this really the "official" feed?  Since this is piggy-backed
  21. with TBS, my VC module locks on and won't let go.  I can't tune a stereo
  22. signal with my IRD on a scrambled channel, and I'm not about to spend bucks
  23. on a stereo receiver.  Why don't they put the "official" uplink on an ITC
  24. transponder?
