  19. 32 is showing a circular colour bar logo (needs to be seen to be believed)
  20. with the name "DOCUMANIA" in the lower part of the screen. On 30 is its
  21. companion station "CINEMANIA" imposed on a test card which recreates itself
  22. every 10 seconds. Both services have a count 1-10 in 4 circles distributed
  23. near the corners. Accompanying sound is a sort of rock muzak. This started
  24. this weekend. These are listed on the Info screen (transp. 29) as run
  25. by a Spanish company, service begins 1 Jan 1993. Isn't n-tv rumoured
  26. for the 1C, launch April 1993.
