- I have the CLV version, and it is an extremely good transfer.
- Like ET (another Spielberg movie), it is moderately letterboxed
- (about 1.5:1). I don't remember if the film was anamorphic, but
- it was projected wider than this in the theatre.
- The sound is also quite good, and the packaging is first rate.
- The CLV version includes the documentary of the making of the film.
