  17. Let's not forget that this is TCI we're talking about.  In Dallas they
  18. require the use of a converter box and deliver mono sound.  I also heard on
  19. the radio a couple of years ago that they were ordered by a judge to improve
  20. their customer service -- like answering their phones once in a while.
