- Two years ago when I flew from Sydney to Nadi (Fiji) - maybe a 3-4
- hour flight - I felt very tired during the whole flight. When I
- arrived at my hotel I discovered I had a temperature of 41 deg.
- Celcius. (Above 100 deg. Fahrehheit?). I wasn't ill in any other way.
- I took two Disprines and a cool bath, and was OK after a while. I have
- never had a similar exeperience before or after that. On the other
- hand, I haven't travelled a lot by air since either. Is there
- anyone who has had a similar experience? Can pressure/speed/altitude
- affect your body temperature? I've understood that 42 and above can be
- lethal, so I wasn't that very far from extending my holiday...
-
- Happy landings, Tom
