  14. Jean Harbor has not, I repeat, not played for Nigeria.  FIFA does not allow
  15. a player to participate for two different countries at any level.  Since Jean
  16. now has three caps for the US, it shows that he did not play for Nigeria.  It
  17. did take a while to sort this all out because there was a rumour that he did
  18. play when he was younger.
