- I remember seeing the two games on vacation in Norway. the first leg was 0:0, Everton
- pressed Bayern over the whole field, leaving the Germans no way to develop their
- regular game. Hardly any chances both sidea. The second leg was a totally different
- game, Everton opened the game and just outplayed Bayern. I think the game ended
- 3:1, with Andy Gray (sp?) being the local hero. Not having the chance of seeing
- European games very often, I remember being very impressed with the superiority
- (at that point) of the English team(s) over their continental rivals.
