  19. The Empire Builder *is* being run from Chicago to Minneapolis. 
  20. The train is being annuled west of St.Paul. Passengers traveling 
  21. from Chicago to Portland or Seattle are being transported on the 
  22. Pioneer. Other passengers are being offered a refund or rescheduleing 
  23. their trips. Helluva way to run a railroad isn't it?

  25. Roumer also has it that the 'Builder is also being run from Seattle and
  26. Portland to Spokane, and annuled east of Spokane. Is there any truth 
  27. to this?
