  22. While on vacation in April 1990, my family and I visited the Spencer Shops
  23. north-east of Charlotte NC.  While on the rail trip around the facilities,
  24. a string of these cars were pointed out to us.  They appeared as flat cars
  25. with pipe racks as described above, although the Southern painted theirs
  26. yellow.

  28. Somewhere I have photos of both individual cars and a full string (as best
  29. as can be taken) that I took then.  Now if only I had a colour scanner.
