  26.     Is it a Diesel or an Electric?  Michigan Central was part of New York
  27.     Central Sysytem, and their tunnel motors for the Detroit River Tunnel,
  28.     carried NYC System markings, at times.  NYC also had a variety of
  29.     straight electric, battery electric and diesel electric and battery
  30.     diesel electric working the electrified zone around Manhattan.

  32.     Look for signs of third rail shoes, or _small_ pantographs on the roof.
