  13. A couple friends of mine visited Conrail's dispatching center in
  14. Dearborn, MI last week. At my request, they asked the dispatcher
  15. in charge of the line from Porter, IN to Chicago to call down
  16. the motive power units along with the train into his dispatching
  17. territory, to which he obliged. Here, then, is a list of a few trains
  18. along with their power consists.

  35.    NS2681: Numbers were only located on the front board. Design was
  36.            ex-Southern, but I cannot trace its origin. Paper taped
  37.            to engine window indicated NS marks. The equipment was
  38.            confirmed by the CSX computer and somehow ended up in
  39.            Lansing, MI.
