  17. From what I understand, the CMC still owns some trackage in Milwaukee
  18. - including the Jones Island line on Milwaukee's lakefront which they
  19. lease to the SOO.

  21. I've heard that the CMC took the CMC Heartland Partners to court to
  22. get them to add the Heartland Partners because they were riding on the
  23. coat-tales of the CMC name, and with the antics they were/are pulling
  24. in Milwaukee with real estate, the CMC didn't like the reputation.
  25. Unfortunatly, the name shows up in both forms in the local press, so
  26. it's sometimes hard to figure out who's really being talked about.
