  14. As the subject states, I have a BC-72 charger for sale. This unit is in like
  15. new condition and cost me $98 after quite a bit of haggeling with vendors at a
  16. hamfest. Less than a few months old and hardly used, I have realised that I do
  17. not use my radio enough portable to really justify this charger. If you are
  18. intrested please reply, and we can work out a price.

  20. For those who are not familar with this unit:

  22. Icom BC-72 Drop in quick charger.

  24. Charges all S-series batterys but the BP-90 AA battery case. S-series radios
  25. include the SA/SAT/W2A/W4A/X2A/X4A/SRA/24AT. The SA/SAT radios need a charge
  26. adaptor to charge the internal NiCad's. I have such a unit if you are
  27. intrested.

  29. This is a quick charger. Will fully charge any battery with drop-in terminals
  30. in about an hour. This includes most 3rd party 'super' packs as well. After
  31. charging the BC-72 places itself in a trickle charge mode. While this works
  32. well I advise removing the battery/radio from the charger after the charging
  33. cycle is done. Also, the radio can not and should not be operated while in the
  34. charger.
