  11. I am trying to help a friend without net access.  He is looking for
  12. a Kenwood TS 430 or similar rig $400 to $500 range.  The rig should
  13. have IF shift or PBT and a notch, transistor finals, and digital
  14. readout.  Physical condition not terribly important, would love a
  15. bargain rig that is broken.
