  15.         Has anybody ever been able to receive Belgian  broadcasts  (either
  16. Flemish  or  Walloon)  on  the US West Coast?  And if so, at what time, on
  17. which frequency and with what type of antenna?  I have  a  DX-440,  and  I
  18. would appreciate any help or information anyone could give me.
