  22. I just ordered my copy today from my local distributor....I called the
  23. publisher (2 blocks from where I work) but they sent me to this retailer.
  24. They have it in stock (got it yesterday) and will mail it to me next
  25. week. The cost is $19.95 + $2 s/h plus local sales tax.
