  11.     I was tuning through the 160m ham band on Dec 28 at 0030 UTC and heard
  12. a news program for amateurs called "Newsline".  The frequency was 1860 kHz AM.
  13. It was kind of faint, but it had information about amateur frequency allocations
  14. and other news of interest to the amateur community.  Does anybody know any more
  15. about these broadcasts?  I heard the call sign WA0RCR (?) and I think this must
  16. be the person producing the broadcast.
