  12. Effective today December 27, 1992, IRRS-Shortwave will be on the air on a
  13. series of additional test transmissions for on 7,125 kHz, and exactly
  14. between 02:00-09:00 UTC daily. Our daily schedule on the same frequency will
  15. remain unchanged until further notice. Test transmissions between 02-09UTC
  16. will continue until mid-January 93.

  18. Between these times IRRS-Shortwave transmissions are being reported also
  19. outside our main target area (Europe), and particularly in Africa, Far East,
  20. Australia, NZ, and the Americas. Reception reports are welcomed at:
